week three, sunday night
[Bellamy's not sure he wants to deal with anyone after the execution. He's too tangled up in his own head, too caught up in feelings of failure and grief. He's exhausted his way out of the anger he felt yesterday, and now he's just wandering.
He's not surprised when he runs into Prussia doing much the same thing, and he hesitates. It's no secret how that execution affected her, and Bellamy isn't sure he has the energy to be very comforting at the moment, but it feels wrong to pass by her.]
Prussia.

[Which is most of the reason she was so salty about minimizing casualties that way. What if she guessed right and broke the right pair of partners?! Someone would die for nothing!!]
Second thing's new. It's what pissed me off so much earlier. Apparently it only takes effect starting tonight, but I can reassign partners now, too. Two separate shitty things. I wanted to assign Keith and Hayner to each other, you know. Like that loud red-headed noble was yelling about at that farce of a trial. Wouldn't let me do it, doesn't start until tonight.
[She spits in the sand.]
Arschlöcher.

How the hell do we win this game, Prussia?

[Boooooo.
But she shakes her head, crossing her arms as she stares out over the ocean.]
I'm thinkin'. This is the kind of shit I had generals for, you know? Bosses. They call the shots, I'm the awesome sword that charges in and wins the day. I make strategies on the fly in the thick of battle, you know?? I never liked doing this cloak and dagger shit.
[But with that complaint out of the way, she does seem to give it serious thought.]
Right now... Lief's trying to figure out a good way to tell which Chief is telling the truth, and which one lies. Maybe that'll help us figure out who the real good guys are. The Sirens think they're doing the right thing, if Battler was telling the truth. We think we're doing the right thing by getting rid of them. So... we gotta figure out what's right.
Anybody else tell you they had a role?

[Sorry, Prussia! He's decided to trust her, but that doesn't include breaking the trust of anyone who might have shared something with him in confidence.]
How do we know they're not lying to everyone?
no subject
[She nods and shrugs. It'd be easier if he'd just tell her, but she respects his decision, too! Loyalty is one of the most important things to her.]
No clue yet. Hell, the whole 'one tells a lie, one tells the truth' BS could be a lie. Maybe they can both lie, I dunno.
But I'm not giving up. So you better not either, you hear me!!
[She points at him again because she's Rude af.]

Are you threatening me, Prussia?

[She holds out her closed fist. Fistbump her!!]

If you have a plan, I'd love to hear it.

...'Course, dunno who we're fighting yet. Or which side is the good guys. But! We'll figure it out.
So for now, you gotta keep your eye on everybody for me, okay? Even someone as cool as me can't talk to everybody all the time. So... first we gotta figure out which side's the good guys, and then we can work from there. That stupid aristocrat left a bunch of paperwork behind, so I'm not going home without her. And that's that!
