week three, sunday night

[Bellamy's not sure he wants to deal with anyone after the execution. He's too tangled up in his own head, too caught up in feelings of failure and grief. He's exhausted his way out of the anger he felt yesterday, and now he's just wandering.

He's not surprised when he runs into Prussia doing much the same thing, and he hesitates. It's no secret how that execution affected her, and Bellamy isn't sure he has the energy to be very comforting at the moment, but it feels wrong to pass by her.]

But she shakes her head, crossing her arms as she stares out over the ocean.]

I'm thinkin'. This is the kind of shit I had generals for, you know? Bosses. They call the shots, I'm the awesome sword that charges in and wins the day. I make strategies on the fly in the thick of battle, you know?? I never liked doing this cloak and dagger shit.

[But with that complaint out of the way, she does seem to give it serious thought.]

Right now... Lief's trying to figure out a good way to tell which Chief is telling the truth, and which one lies. Maybe that'll help us figure out who the real good guys are. The Sirens think they're doing the right thing, if Battler was telling the truth. We think we're doing the right thing by getting rid of them. So... we gotta figure out what's right.

Anybody else tell you they had a role?

How do we know they're not lying to everyone?

No clue yet. Hell, the whole 'one tells a lie, one tells the truth' BS could be a lie. Maybe they can both lie, I dunno.

But I'm not giving up. So you better not either, you hear me!!

[She points at him again because she's Rude af.]

Damn right I am. We're gonna keep fighting this until the end.

[She holds out her closed fist. Fistbump her!!]

[He raises his eyebrows, but he does fistbump her!]

I already told you, we keep fighting!

...'Course, dunno who we're fighting yet. Or which side is the good guys. But! We'll figure it out.

So for now, you gotta keep your eye on everybody for me, okay? Even someone as cool as me can't talk to everybody all the time. So... first we gotta figure out which side's the good guys, and then we can work from there. That stupid aristocrat left a bunch of paperwork behind, so I'm not going home without her.
