[Bellamy spends most of the weekend mulling over whether or not he should even bother meeting with Hal and Pal on Monday. He doesn't trust them, and he doesn't trust a word that comes out of their mouths, but it's Raven on the line. Realistically, he doesn't expect a solid answer, but the last trial was proof enough that they can at least be useful, as much as he loathes to admit it.]

I'm here. What's the deal?

[ A shrug from Hal, what else is new! Pal just kind of looks off into the distance uselessly. ]

What're you here for, exactly? Then I can answer that question better.

[jettisons]

A couple of things. You told me if I did well at the trial, you'd tell me what happened to Raven.

[chiefexe]

Sure, I can do ya that.

[ He just nods simply. ]

She was killed, of course. Taken out of the game. It was about time for her to be done here.

[jettisons]

[Bellamy's hands curl into fists at his sides, but he takes in a slow, deep breath and manages to rein it in, just barely.]

Why? Because you didn't want to deal with it? Why couldn't you just fix whatever the hell was wrong with her?

[chiefexe]

That's not how things work here.

[ There's not a lot of emotion to his tone here. These are just facts at this point to Hal. ]

Ya can't fix stuff here once it's done. What's done is done, you gotta move on. There's only progression, no regression, got it? It's not on me, or on you, it's just how it is in a place like this.

[jettisons]

[It's entirely on the Chiefs, in Bellamy's mind, but he just closes his eyes and goes silent for a moment. This is bullshit, but none of it will matter if they end this soon.]

Fine. What happens if I kill Vriska?

[chiefexe]

[ Well. ]

Vriska dies. Jinah too.

[ Obviously. ]

[jettisons]

[He opens his eye again just to roll it.]

She's a Siren. What happens if we kill all of them?

[He's not expecting an answer, but whatever.]

[chiefexe]

[ Nah, he'll answer that one. ]

If y'all kill all the Sirens, the game ends. That's that, done and done.

[jettisons]

[Oh, hey. Bellamy's going to push his luck here.]

What kind of ending? What happens after?

[chiefexe]

[ There's a thoughtful pause at that. ]

The opposite ending to the Sirens winning, let me put it that way.

As for what happens after, that kinda goes along with it, ya know? Can't tell ya much more than that. It'll spoil the ending.

[jettisons]

[That's not the clear answer he wanted, but all he can do is trust Lucina at this point. Although...]

Will Raven be okay? Lucina said we can bring them back.

[chiefexe]

[ A slow smile at that. ]

Depends on the ending you get. One of 'em? Absolutely, she'll be fine. The other? Eh, not so much. But neither will you, so it's kinda a give or take thing there.

[jettisons]

And you're not going to tell me which is which, are you?

[chiefexe]

Nah.

That's on you to figure out. [ :)! ]

[He just scowls.]

Fine. I need your permission to kill her, right? Do I have it or not?

[chiefexe]

Yeah, you need that. And yeah, you got it. Thursday night, the usual. Need anythin' for it?

If I ask you for something, is it going to explode on me?

Nope. Not for stuff like this.

[ Shrug! ]

Course, that's on you if you believe it or not.

Fine. Give me a pistol. I don't care what kind, as long as it works and it doesn't kill me.

[ An easy nod, and he'll pass over a pistol from... somewhere?? Don't question it. ]
