[She shakes her head. She can't claim to be right now, and he's the one person here she trusts enough not to lie to.]

[Bellamy studies her, lowering her hand just enough to speak.]

Is there a way you can do that?

I think there might be. I'm not giving up.

How much did they explain about your role when they told you?

[hydrazine]

The way I'm going to save them doesn't have to do with the role. It's too late for that.

[jettisons]

[That isn't exactly comforting.]

So what's your plan, Raven?

[hydrazine]

Think of all the structures on this island and what they're made of. Wood or leaves, both flimsy.

[jettisons]

You want to torch the whole thing?

[hydrazine]

Not the whole thing. Just enough that he can get out.

[jettisons]

Where is he going to go? We almost died in the jungle.

[hydrazine]

[She sighs. She knows he's right, but even so...]

I don't know. Somewhere. Give me a better idea.

[jettisons]

I don't have one.

[God, he hates this.]

Hal was saying something about someone else being in charge of assigning partners. Do you know who that is?

[hydrazine]

[She shakes her head.]

It must be another role.

[jettisons]

If we can figure out who that is, maybe we can convince them to swap his partner. Maybe they're planning to already.
